Aminoplastic Equipment Plant

Amino molding plastic is a thermosetting plastic with amino resin as the basic component. And its powdered products made by drying and grinding can be used in the molding process of tableware, electrical appliances, sanitary ware, chessboard and other products.

The amino molding plastic production line is mainly divided into three categories: urea formaldehyde resin powder (A1), melamine formaldehyde resin powder (A5) and glazing powder (LG). The main equipment consists of reaction kettle, kneader, dryer, pulverizer, ball mill, sifter, etc.


Technical characteristics

  • The output of the complete set of production line designed by our company is generally 10 tons-30 tons/day. And the maximum annual output is nearly 10,000 tons. We can also customize the production line according to the user’s requirements for output.The products made with our equipment and process formula software can reach the relevant standards in Europe and America.

  • Intensive management.Those sophisticated products such as frequency converters and power distribution cabinets are centrally arranged in the electrical room, and only operation cabinets are reserved on site to improve the service life of electrical appliances.
  • Temperature control. Safe production and precise control of products are ensured by devices such as over-temperature alarm, over-temperature steam shut-off, and automatic temperature adjustment of the dryer.


Project Design

Design and manufacture complete equipment for processing such products as:

  • * urea moulding compound ( UMC )
  • * melamine moulding compound ( MMC )
  • * glazing powder


Main Items:

Chemical reactor, kneading mixer, cooling bin, belt dryer, crusher, ball mill, sieving machine.


General Process:

  • Site inspection for complete equipment engineering and plant layout design.
  • Release of feasibility report with related diagrams and tables
  • Sign contract and manufacture contracted equipment ( normally 2 – 3 months )
  • Installation and commissioning
  • Operation coaching and personnel training on site for 2 or 3 months.
